让“癌症免疫疗法”更有效
癌细胞很“狡猾”，它们会利用免疫检查点掩饰自己的“坏人身份”——肿瘤细胞表面表达的蛋白会与T细胞表面的蛋白结合，向免疫系统传递“自己人、别杀我”的信号，从而躲避免疫细胞的侦查和攻击。
基于这一原理，科学家们研发出阻断结合的抗体，即免疫检查点抑制剂，通过释放T细胞实现抗癌目标。迄今为止，FDA已先后批准六款针对途径的免疫检查点抑制剂，适用于黑色素瘤、非小细胞肺癌、肾细胞癌等多种癌症。
